Refinance – As the property nears completion we have several options to recapture the initial investment plus profit; we can make it available for sale (and sell it if the price is right), or we can refinance it with a lender.  The magic of the B.R.R.R. strategy is the ability to recapture all the renovation costs AND some/all of the initial down payment as well.  This gives our investors a chunk of their cash back into their pockets so they can redeploy it into another investment, while enjoying the long-term Wealth that 2-unit rentals provide.
